"Riwaka Kills" New Zealand Pilsner is our flagship 5.2% pilsner with a fun twist: it's hopped with Riwaka from @freestylehops. We typically brew Kills with Saaz which is a very traditional Czech hop. Riwaka is derived from Saaz but grown in New Zealand so it was a great jump-off point for this beer!
This is our third batch after the first batch won best New Zealand Pilsner in Canada for 2023 from the @untappd Community Awards!
Brewing lagers is a delicate and time-consuming process. When making all of our beers, we aim to make the best product we possibly can and cut absolutely no corners along the way.
