Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our goods, all sales are final.

All order cancellations are subject to a 5% restocking fee. A pending order may be cancelled up to 24 hours after the order was placed at no cost. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise. Please note that "damaged" means that beer has spilled / leaked out of it's container (dented cans are not considered valid for refund). We offer a 2-day return window, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to submit a damage claim.

We will notify you once we’ve received and investigated your damage claim. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
