Terms of service

When purchasing any alcoholic product, you are certifying that you are of legal drinking age and can reliably provide government issued identification upon pickup or receiving your order.

• In the event our Local Delivery driver determines that the intended recipient is not of legal drinking age, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be provided less the $5 flat-rate local delivery fee and a 5% restocking fee based on the total order amount
• In the event Canada Post determines that the intended recipient is not of legal drinking age, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be provided

Please note that all orders will be accompanied by a food item to comply with local liquor regulations.
