Glen Haffy (2025) - IPA
The fifth beer in our “Spotlight Caledon” series: Glen Haffy is located at the crossroads of the Niagara Escarpment and the Oak Ridges Moraine.
It is home to rolling hills and mature forests with breathtaking views. It’s also home to a fish hatchery that raises thousands of rainbow trout, of which half are released into its fishing ponds. You should visit. It’s nice!
Built on a soft, plush malt base, it was dry hopped with Citra and NZ Cascade. We taste notes of tangerine, mango, Concord grape with hints of lime and mixed tropical fruit 🍋🟩
