ELMO (2024) - IPA
ELMO was born out of our dual hop program where we blend hops together in pairs looking for happy marriages. When we land on a blend we like, we tend to jam the hop names together to make a new, single name that hopefully sounds like a real, audible word.
ELMO features a blend of (EL) Dorado and (MO)saic hops 👍
