“Supple, lush and tender, it is a caress of a wine, braiding in its body the unmistakable combination of lush fruit and tender salinity that we've come to know from our Home Farm vineyard. This is a wine that will readily give ample pleasure now but has years ahead in its life.”
Winemaking: the fruit was hand-harvested and after careful sorting, it entered the press as 100% whole clusters. Native yeast fermentation proceeded steadily in a combination of old foudre and concrete. The wine aged in its fermentation vessels on primary lees for a total of 8 months.
