Sour IPA with Cherry
Tons of sweet and tart cherry went into this rendition of Shapeshifter. The result is a deep red-mauve haze topped with a light pink foam. Aromas of ripe cherry and citrus along with flavours of grapefruit, tart cherry, and red berry. There is a pleasant tartness present from start to finish, along with a light sweetness filling out the rest of the mouthfeel.
