"Observation" is our single hop series where we keep everything the same in the base beer and only change the dry hop. This allows us to 'observe' in a controlled way what aromas and flavours different hops give off, either alone or in a blend.
For this batch, we are highlighting Krush hops from Yakima Chief which was previously known as HBC586.
