"Barrel Aged From Underneath" is an 11.5% ABV imperial chocolate porter that's been aged for 12 months in Barton 1792 bourbon barrels. Last year's batch won Top 3 Imperial Porter in Canada and this batch is tasting even better!
As much as we love our big, thick stouts in barrels we found the medium-bodied porter pulls more complex bourbon flavours out from the barrels. We are absolutely in love with this one!
