We are in a mission to push the limits of the dankosphere and alcohol in a standard IPA. Hard to believe but this is our first use of Columbus as a dry hop in almost 6 years. We decided to pair Columbus with Talus and Idaho 7 to really push the dank pine/grapefruit character. Upper limits of alcohol, upper limits of dank, can you handle it?
