Our new favourite combo of hops went into this DIPA dry hop - Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka. It pours a hazy burnt yellow, with big citrus jumping out of the glass. The gooseberry and tropical mango flavours come in on the first sip. This beer will help see you through the rest of February.
