With this IPA we see the return of Amarillo into our dry hop. We added some Mosaic, Citra and a touch of Columbus into the mix as well. Super soft carbonation and “ripe orange” colour appear on the glass.
We’re getting apricot, peach, Meyer lemon, and candied orange zest on the nose. Beat the heat with this new IPA, perfect for the backyard.
