
West Coast IPAs were a huge inspiration for us when starting to learn about brewing and get into IPAs many years ago. They are big, bitter, and full of flavour. This beer is fermented with a classic California Ale yeast for a cleaner more neutral profile than our regular house yeast and made without wheat or oats. We dry hopped this beer with a more classic/old school Centennial, Simcoe and Amarillo for notes of orange peel, pine and lemon. This one is a bit of a blast from the past, hope you all enjoy this foray down memory lane.
