
Sprout Dry-Hopped Pilsner
We’ve taken our house pilsner recipe made with floor-malted bohemian pilsner malt and did a very conservative dry-hop (by our standards) including a bunch of classic old-world noble varieties including Hallertau, Spalt, Tettnanger, and Saaz. This light dry hop gives wonderfully grassy floral notes, making this the perfect refreshing springtime lager.
