Semi Formal is a complex stout with a mountain of flavour. On the nose, there's the classic aromas of coffee, vanilla and chocolate but when you sip this beer is when it really takes you for a ride. It's smooth and subtly sweet, with notes of figs, toffee and black currant but its also somehow refreshing - it's like a crushed cherry vibe happening in the backend and it's really nice!
