We aged our very evil stout in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels for a whole year, and the result is demonically decadent. On this variant, we added cinnamon, vanilla and caramelized lactose to mimic the warmth and delight of the centre of a cinnamon bun, fresh from the oven.
