We really enjoyed our last Cold IPA (Soft River) and wanted to play with the recipe more. We added Rice to this malt bill to lighten up the body, plus we decided to add our hand selected Citra from YCH, along with our hand selected Mosaic. We’re getting super delicate candied lime, orange blossom and soft raspberry compote. Kick back and relax with this crowd pleaser IPA.
