Autumn in Ontario in the best. The leaves. The cool air. The leaves. And it's harvest time!
Last fall we blended 500 litres of Ontario Riesling with some of the funkier barrels in our cellar.
A year later we have Pretty Colours, a Grape Ale with a gentle acidity, mild oak character and a complex funk.
Bottle conditioned and naturally carbonated. Brewed with 100% Ontario ingredients.
