Heritage Apples and Meritage Grapes.
Pommerage blew our minds! We made a Bordeaux wine with local cab sauv/cab franc/merlot from the 2017 harvest and blended with estate grown Golden Russet & Northern Spy apples.
The spiced up dark black cherry/blackberry notes hit you up front with vanilla and a bit of leather and then the addition of the apples mellows out the mouthfeel experience. Like the best gosh darn Lambrusco you’ve ever tasted!
It’s a perfect patio partner for bbq ribs or a charcoal flank with chimichurri, lobster, shrimp or a rich tomato pasta. You will be impressed!
