Pedestal is our line of single hop beer where we single out one particularly delicious hop and put it up high on a hazy pedestal for your taste buds to enjoy in all its isolated, lupulin filled glory.
This particular version sees us use a new trial hop from @freestylehops : Manilita.
This is a hop we are particularly excited to try. We smelled it for the first time this year and it knocked our nose-socks off. It was, bar none, the best smelling cut of hops we smelled in the last year, and it’s a hop we have both never heard of or tried. We are very very excited to see how it performs in our beer!
