An IPA that isn’t hazy? Have we gone mad? Well every once a while, we need to flex our brewing muscles and brew something a little different. This IPA is fermented with a classic California ale yeast and dry hopped with Strata and Azzaca hops for notes of McCormicks strawberry marshmallow, golden berry, candied pineapple, and ripe peach. This beer has a slightly elevated bitterness for that classic West Coast profile.
