"On Guard!" is an ode to our national anthem which is fitting because this is a 5.5% Canadian Pilsner using Ontario Cascade hops from our friends at Backroads London. A Canadian Pilsner is characterized by a distinctive hoppy aroma and finish and we brewed this for "The Canadian Pilsner Project" by True History Brewing.
