For our Breakfast Club Beer offering we brewed a 9.5% TIPA and fruited it with tangerine and grapefruit zest. A sparking white wine essence is quickly followed by a tangy juice bomb from a hefty dose of tangerine. The beer finishes smooth and slightly tart, with tropical hop flavours, and quenching grapefruit zest.
