Why Moo Moo you might ask? A silly beer deserves a silly name. We wanted to experiment with vanilla in a sour, but also figured that since marshmallows have vanilla, we might as well go even crazier. We added about 100lbs of marshmallows into the boil and ontop of that we added almost 600lbs of combined raspberry, blackberry and cherry puree. This takes this beer into smoothie sour territory, which we absolutely enjoy.
