Our second/last foray into the world of glass aged barleywine, or wheatwine in this case.
In early 2020 we brewed a wheatwine with local maple syrup. The majority of that batch went into Bourbon barrels and eventually became our 6th anniversary beer. A small portion was bottled directly and allowed to mature in the bottle for more than 3 years.
