Working with Third Moon is always a blast. Their team is always wanting to push the limits of what we can “cram” into a DIPA, and that’s one of the reasons why we all get along so well. We had such a fun time coming up with this recipe, it got us thinking about more projects to come…
This beer is loaded with Oats, 303 Blend (Cryo&Phantasm from Yakima Chief Hops), Phantasm, Citra Incognito, Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin.
This DIPA is loaded with aromas of Mango, Papaya, freshly pressed Sauvignon Blanc grapes, and Clementine zest, just to get started. Working with different techniques to add hops to this beer, has delivered the juicy, tropical fruit.
