Kintsugi #2 features a base of three year old barrel-aged lager blended with fresh amber lager and chamomile tea. After conditioning in bottle for six months on wild honey, our second blend features tantalizing notes of chamomile, honey-poached orchard fruit, funk, and caramel. In Japan, Kintsugi is the fine art of mending broken pottery using powdered gold or silver. This series of blends is a similar exercise, where the sum becomes greater than its fragmented parts.
