6.5% Mixed Fermentation Farmhouse Pale Ale Aged in Wine Barrels.
A tart pale ale with bright oak and wine notes. Floral, fruity, and funky. Aged for one year in wine barrels inoculated with Brettanomyces and bacteria, and bottle conditioned for an additional five months. Pilsner/wheat base with a primary fermentation with Saccharomyces Trois. Lightly dry-hopped with Eureka, Idaho 7, Lemondrop & Sterling.
