We've released many different versions of EBAG with a full spectrum of coffee origins, varietals and adjuncts. For this one, we are comparing 2 different coffee varietals grown on the same farm in Ecuador with a washed process which were roasted by our friend Joe @morningroastinc and added to the beer as whole beans. We wanted to keep everything the same and isolate only the specific coffee variety. This version has Washed Sidra and clocks in at 10.2% ABV.
