Our Gelato Sours are creamy, lightly soured, fruit-forward beers that are both thirst-quenching and as satisfying as gelato in the summer sun. Each Gelato Sour is dry-hopped, fruited, and finished with an appropriate addition. We balance the bright red raspberry fruit of the forest profile with a light dose of Organic French whole Lavender flowers. Our dry-hop addition was Australian Engima Hops which are known for their juicy and berry forward flavour profile.
