
We’ve been looking forward to the second edition of our Gelato Sour Mix-Up Series! This time around, we’ve had the opportunity to work with three amazing local restaurants. Atomica, The Everly, and the Grad Club have chosen some fantastic fruit combinations for our Gelato Sour base.
The Everly: AKA Panna Cotta Gelato Sour, The Everly loaded their batch with haskap and vanilla. It's a thick sour packed full of flavour.
