“Ecuador Dead Don't Die” is a 9.7% ABV double chocolate milk stout that is a cousin to our Each Beast a God series. Where the EBAGs feature coffee, this is all about the chocolate! We started with a rich base of chocolate malt and lactose and then conditioned each beer on copious amounts of the finest single origin cacao nibs we could source. Overall these are delicious chocolate bombs, but trying them side by side reveals the complexity that each cacao brings.
This Ecuador version uses nibs from Mr. Salazar, Costa Esmeraldas single estate cacao farm on the Northwest coast of Ecuador.
