Dora #73 - IPA 🎒
Dora is our exploratory series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process.
For this version of Dora, we modified our malt base and whirlpool a bit. It’s hopped with all Citra and the result is a delectable notes of orange flesh and juicy pineapple.
