Dora is our exploratory series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process.
For this version of Dora, we used a brand new trial cryo hop blend from @yakimachief with a working title of "Mango." It was used in the whirlpool.
We then dry hopped it mostly with Citra (it’s always mango-ey) and sprinkled in a touch of Galaxy and Sabro. The result is a big fluffy mango, citrus bomb with hints of peach and tropical fruit.
