Hazy DIPA
Watch out, it’s Dankzilla! We will never get tired of dank puns around here, and so here’s our latest. We went for what we might describe as more of a new-school southern hemisphere dank rather than a traditional west coast dank type profile. We hopped this DIPA with Riwaka, Nelson and Citra for notes of strawberry candy, sauv blanc, and peach.
