"DDH Cut Me Down" IPA is a 7% ABV intensified version of the first beer we ever brewed, Cut Me Down!
We have a bit of a tradition of releasing Cut Me Down the week before our anniversary. This year we wanted to amp it up so we did a massive dry hop with our hand-selected Mosaic, Columbus and a light dusting of Sabro.
