A collaboration with friends 4 Origines of Montreal, our gose has a light funk, a bright acidity that is perfectly balanced by a hint of salt, with a spice and light floral nose from coriander, and a fruity but dry finish. We then can-condition it to the perfect gose carbonation, which is liberated right before it hits the lips. We promise this will be the best gose you’ll have this spring season.
