"Conjuration 14" is the latest iteration in a series of experimental IPAs to be used as a playground to try out different things, from hops to dry hopping methods to water and everything in between.
For this brew, we used a modified grain bill and a brand new-to-us hop. The inspiration for this beer was one of the finest pale ales we've ever had which was brewed by @thebeakbrewery in the UK. We had the pleasure of pouring beside them at @hopcityleeds and their Hallertau Blanc pale was the driving vision behind this beer.
