Single hopped to showcase Citra hops overtop of a 100% Ontario malt and Canadian grain base. It is farmhouse meets new world hops!
The Citra hops add a citrus and tropical fruit character that blends into the grain base to make it soft and deceptively light.
Our house farmhouse yeast adds another layer of citrus and mild spice, while drying out the beer.
100% Ontario Malt. 100% Canadian Grains.
