This is a rendition of our popular imperial stout with coffee and vanilla...but this time, we scrapped the coffee and vanilla! We added cacao nibs for some sweet chocolatey flavour and some chilies and peppers to give balance with subtle spicy, smokey and vegatal aromas. It is a slow sipper that is meant to be enjoyed over time letting the flavours evolve as it warms up.
