To make "Coffee Born To Die", we took our 10% Imperial Black IPA that was brewed with rye and a blend of dark malts before being dry hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe and Columbus and then conditioned it on a masterfully roasted Kenyan coffee from our friends @morningroastinc.
This is as complex and delicious as anything we've ever made. It's hard to tell where the hops end and the coffee begins but Chris feels this is one of the best beers we've ever made...so it must be good!
