BLU BLU has been a 17 month brewing process that we are ready to release.
For 12 months, this saison was barrelled in red wine barrels followed by six months on cab franc grapes. Blueberries and vanilla were added in for the final month and then BLU BLU was canned conditioned.
Aromas of vanilla and organic cream soda .
Carbonation for BLU BLU is lower than ROUGE ROUGE but still present for refreshing sips. Flavours of berry and vanilla with hints of the cab franc.
