Let’s just say we missed Phantasm, so we thought, let’s brew with it, but not like we had before. We loaded this IPA with oats, and then mid fermented dry hopped with Citra and Phantasm. We then loaded another dry hop charge of Strata a few days later. Strawberry Hubba Bubba, Orange starburst and bit of sweet pink grapefruit. This is checking all the boxes for what we dig in an IPA.
