We start with our 5.2% Czech style pilsner that is brewed with pilsner malt and Saaz hops. After primary fermentation in stainless, we age in Chardonnay barrels for 3 months. We use the barrels as a way to further soften the beer while adding complexity.
It drinks juicier than the non-BA version with more balance between the wine notes, the base beer and oak compared to the previous release.
