Our “Afterglow” Tiki Sour series features a range of brews inspired by the flavours of classic tiki cocktails!
Brewed with wheat, oats and lactose sugar, hopped with Sabro and soured in the kettle with our house lactobacillus strain. After fermentation, it was conditioned on pineapple, apricot, blood orange, pomegranate, lime, brown sugar, and vanilla. It’s an amazing balance of tropical fruit, tart beer, and subtle hops.
