The third vintage of one of our deepest loves as of late. It's yet again full of surprises and very distinct from its predecessor. The perfume floats out of the glass with freshness, purity and a dewy floral quality. The palate flows in unexpected ways - caressing yet unrelenting; lively, yet smooth.It's a gentle, tender wine, but full of invigorating energy nonetheless. Exceptionally dynamic with a wide variety of foods, it has the "usual" Irrévérence signature of unusual flavor harmonies we are more than thrilled to keep discovering each vintage.
