This allotment saw Dominion City add freshly-pressed Gamay juice to a 12 month foeder-fermented Saison to produce a straw-coloured, dry and richly complex farmhouse ale with subtle acidity and notes of juicy red fruit. Lovingly bottled on January 12, 2020 (when the world made sense.)
