Wild, funky & sour. Spontaneity was first released back in 2015 but getting hold of a decent crop of our favourite Dolgo Crab Apple has been quite the challenge. The crab apples are so small and the trees so tall that it can take 2 people a whole day to shake a tree down and fill an apple bin. Partly our own crop and partly begged from neighbouring apple farms we are finally able to release a new batch.
