Ripe, vibrant and textured, this is a Chardonnay you can really sink into. Sourced from our Beamsville estate (planted 2003), the 2017 summer was cool, helping us preserve natural mouthwatering acidity. Pear driven on the palate, with toasted oak, vanilla and baking spice notes.

Fermented using non-selected indigenous yeast.
100% fermented in new French oak foudre.
Matured 22-months on lees in oak foudre.
Bottled without fining or filtration.
