We brewed this hoppy lager with European pilsner malt, hopped with lots of Hallertau Tradition, Spalter Select and Saphir and fermented it cold and slow.
It has a a zippy bitterness and a dry finish with floral aromatics and lemongrass notes from German Saphir hops.
